  I shop here several time's a week. You will NEVER, get in and out quickly! Very long waits to check out EVERY time I shop, and the new group of cashier's are NOT very pleasant! The only reason I continue to shop at Jo-Annes is the great coupons, however often time's I'm forced to drive out of my way to Miller Rd store due to EMPTY shelves at this store.

  Left very upset. One of the ladies in the sewing department was rude. I asked a simple question for something I was looking for and the employee didn't even look at me and said nope we carry that. So as I continued to look (because I knew they had what I was looking for) I found it. So rude lady you do carry what I was looking for and maybe next time you could look at the customer instead of being rude... Also, this isn't the first time I've come in there and the same employee was rude.....
