  Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service. Paid 2500 for an appliance suite, which was a great deal. Salesman nevertold us that the delivery drivers couldn't install our dishwasher. We sent the whole set back because we paid for installation and it could not be done. Call the store manager, John. He was busy and had to call right back, so i wait an hour and a half and call him back. I said forget it and we wanted our money back after he said he couldnt do anything for us. He said the money should already be back on our card. So without trying to fix the issue with a customer he refunded our money. I will NEVER shop at a Lowes again.
