  Installed my granite counter tops in my kitchen a year ago, first of all the installers were so young and seems extremely inexperienced but they are nice "boys". After we went round and around with them about the brackets,they said we didn't need them,but the installers said we did, they will sell them to you for 130,bucks or something like that,anyway finally they said you buy them,install them "we guarantee NOTHING"!! That afternoon the island began TO FALL! Apparently the brackets were not strong enough to hold it up. The next day they sent out 2 new xperienced installers,such nice guys,working for a crappy company, fixed the island , they were great. But the company won't fix or guarantee the actual granite. It has a piece flecked off ,, We did nothing to it it was just hanging I thought it was stuck on food or something, they want to charge me to repair it. Go somewhere else.. ANYWHERE ELSE.. MY granite is beautiful BUT the install,the customer service, the warranty ??? Non existent! Save yourself the trouble,don't go there.

  Stone Specialist from Burton just installed my new granite counter tops. Mathew and Andrew did an excellent job. They were very careful to place drop cloths and keep my house clean. When they left the only way you could tell that they were here was the new counters which look awesome! Skip, the salesman, was very helpful in getting me a great product at a good price. I would recommend them to anyone.

  Thanks to your poor customer service, we also went elsewhere. Too bad for you, we had 3 large projects to complete & spent 1/3 less @ Capitol Granite just up the road.
